We have 2 types of downloadable file.
This is the normal download and requires you to have a copy of WinZip installed on your machine to extract the download.
This is a self extracting zip file, and it will ask you to extract it to a particular directory. We suggest a temporary directory, from which you will enter the newly generated directory and run the setup file from there.
