We have a tool called TeamViewer that allows us to access your desktop with your permission.

This allows us to see the problems you are having first hand without having to travel around the globe.

To use this software and give us access perform the following tasks.

1) Download the application from  HERE.

2) Run the program on your machine. This will give you an ID which is used to login to your machine.

3) Contact us and give us this ID. We use this from our end so we can access your machine, and provide remote support as if we were there on your PC.

You can disconnect the session any time, simply by closing the program.
